Hi guys,
A sailor mate of mine is looking for a fibre glass repairer preferably in the Melbourne or the Victorian Central Highlands area (Kyneton etc.)
If anyone knows one can you send me a PM or post here please?
Thanks
Ed

What is the repair? Is it major?
It is not that hard to do it yourself and there are lots of YouTube instruction videos.

Re: Wanted Fibre Glass Repairer
He told me that they are minor repairs. The worst apparently is a champagne cork size hole in the transom that may have been the location of an aerial.

Re: Wanted Fibre Glass Repairer
Place a piece of laminex scrap or wood scrap placed through the hole with a piece of wire through it to pull it tight.
Epoxy glue the backing bit in.
Wait for it to set.
Then use gelcoat repair putty ($30 Supercheap Auto) to fill the hole. Sand when dry. There are fancier ways but this will be fine for an above the waterline hole in a TS.
