Hi there,
My name is Carolien, from NZ and I have a 'soft-top' Monarch 17 which is an Alan Wright (NZ) design, the equivalent to the Australian, 'Tropic 520'
I bought it in a neglected state. Have sailed her twice and have made a solo mast-stepping system using my trailer winch. I am hoping to glean from other members some technical advice. I have acquired 1/3 of the manual for the Monarch/Tropic 520, which includes history, specifications/sail dimensions, suggested rigging plan, various keel raising systems and I'd be happy to share this info. (not sure where and how yet)
