Sail Repairs in Melbourne?

Post by lockie » Jul 21st, '12, 21:43

If I go to the ones around Sandringham YC I'll have to sell the boat to pay the bill.

Anyone know of others who do good work at reasonable rates?

Cheers, Graeme

I've used Horizon, and also Hoopers... both not too far from Sandy!

Would give you a quote I think.

I got quotes to fit slugs to my main from Frank Hammond at Horizon, 2 Noyes Street Sandringham, off Bay road and from John Hooper at Hooper Sails, 6/109 Tulip St, just about opposite the King Club, down the back to the right.

John was slightly cheaper and got the job. My last set of sails came from him too.
