RopeGalore

Post by Tumbleweed » Mar 3rd, '14, 19:56

Just purchased 100m of 8mm Double Braid rope from an online business called RopeGalore. $121 for the 100m plus free delivery. I was very impressed, 30 minutes from ordering online I received an email saying it had been sent. 3 days for Delivery to rural QLD, pretty good.

The rope itself is Donaghy's Yachtmaster XS 8mm Double Braid.

Have used them on a number of occasions. Good people to deal with.

I just got a Hotknife through ropegalore. The local shop wanted $180 and ropegalore was $100 delivered.
It arrived yesterday and works a treat. Great prices, service and delivery yet again.

same thing at whitworths is $199.90 + Delivery

I use an old butter knife and heat it on a butane camping stove
works as well as hot knife and a hell of a lot cheaper ...
