Welcome aboard, you use the French language in your signature and location yet translated it does not seem to mean anything. :? I am hoping that your intention here is as good as your English. 8)

Momus is a character from Greek mythology who is overly critical; "a spirit of evil-spirited blame and unfair criticism".

Pierrot appears to be a sort of stock character of French pantomine who is doomed to disappointment and heartbreak.

A word for word translation is beyond me even with google, but the general meaning seems reasonably clear; it appears to be a statement about the follies of an overly punitive justice system.

The signature is something about reading comments on Sunday???

It looks rather like a French version of the fragments of English sometimes seen in spam to fool Baysian filters.

The message was sent from 88.190.17.3 which is a French ip address with a history of spamming.

Finally, the text of the post is utterly generic, designed to fit in anywhere:

Unlike the last Frenchman we saw, this one is up to no good. I suggest we clobber it in a manner quite Momusian.

More nonsense and a rather dubious website...
Searching for other sites that contain the text maudconseils.com turns up an identical message "You congratulated by patrice This forum is excellent! I love what you do, thank you very much to you and the members of this forum. " in other forums.

Ok, boast time :)

When I was 16 I went out with the cousin of a friend who was visiting from France for three months, she was 18, spoke very little broken english, which is more than I spoke french! Fantastic three months, by the end of it I think I had learned about eight french words, but oh so much more! :)
