How about some instructions on adding an avatar, pls.

I've given this a thread of it's own.

Click on "User Control Panel", located top right of the screen just below the TSP banner.
At the left of the screen, under "Options", click on "Profile".
Click on "Edit avatar".
Proceed from there.
